designs, produces and manages print and digital marketing materials for company campaigns, assists in the creative and management of social media, and works alongside the sales staff in the design process of custom electric and non-electric signage and way-finding systems. This cross-functional role requires someone adept at translating marketing strategy into a compelling brand and communication deliverables. Success requires a high energy, creative, innovative, and skilled listener with an exceptional ability to juggle deadlines and get things done. The Marketing & Design Associate is part of a small team of talented professionals who embody the company’s core values to drive results. Primary Responsibilities: Design, layout and production of marketing and promotional materials for company campaigns and programs (including print and digital materials, newsletters, web content, videos and multimedia presentations). Design and layout of sign proposals, and management of sign artwork through the life cycle of a project. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations to develop and execute campaigns and tools to drive customer awareness, customer acquisition and improve satisfaction. Organize and maintain library of marketing content, including designs, templates, logos, print materials, videos and photos. Support company events, meetings and tradeshows. Track and report performance for marketing campaigns, projects, web traffic. Additional projects and duties, as needed.

Required Skills: Creative graphic designer with passion for visually compelling storytelling. Highly-developed people, collaboration and listening skills. Outstanding organizational, execution and projectmanagement capabilities with keen attention to detail. Creative and innovative in developing marketing materials in multi-media and multi-channel environment (including videos, marketing collateral, social media, intranet, and multiple web properties). Proficient at managing multiple projects with tight and often competing deadlines. Strong ability to act independently with sound business judgment and emotional maturity. Excellent communications skills (verbal, written and presentation skills). Flexibility to adapt to different roles and thrive in a hyper-growth, dynamic environment. Passion and enthusiasm for our client’s success. Education and Experience: Associate’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or business-related discipline. 3 years’ experience in marketing, communications, advertising, signage or related function in marketing department or agency. Proficient in design programs (CorelDraw, Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop; experience with After Effects a plus). Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel). Experience with creating content for digital and web applications.
