Seeking mid-level administrative assistant with experience in QuickBooks and strong Excel skills. Must have knowledge of timekeeping and job costing. Being detail orientated is extremely important while having the ability to multi-task and prioritize. Experience in a construction office setting is a plus but not required. Pay DOE
